These Terms and Conditions (AGB) govern the use of GoToPal services. By using our services, you agree to
these terms. GoToPal reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users are responsible for
regularly reviewing this page for updates.
2. Scope of Application
These terms apply to all users and customers of GoToPal, including services provided via the website, apps,
and related platforms. Users must use GoToPal services in accordance with local and international laws and
regulations.
3. Services Provided
GoToPal offers the purchase and use of digital gift cards and prepaid cards. These cards may be used for
personal purposes or as gifts for others and are delivered electronically.
4. Contract and Use of Services
A binding contract is formed when a user places an order and completes a successful payment. Improper,
fraudulent, or unlawful use of the services may result in access restrictions or termination of the account.
5. Security and Responsibility for Gift Cards
All purchased gift and prepaid cards must be securely stored by the customer. If the card codes are lost,
stolen, or shared with third parties, GoToPal bears no responsibility and will not replace or refund them.
Customers are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their card information.
6. High-Value Transactions and KYC (Know Your Customer)
For transactions exceeding a certain threshold, GoToPal is legally required to perform a Know Your
Customer (KYC) verification. Users must provide valid identification documents, proof of address, and other
relevant information upon request. KYC procedures are mandatory to prevent money laundering and ensure
secure transactions. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in the cancellation of the
transaction or suspension of the user’s account.
7. Rights and Obligations
Users and GoToPal agree to uphold their respective rights and obligations. Users are responsible for
protecting their personal data and complying with applicable laws.
8. Privacy Policy
User data is collected and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).
GoToPal is committed to protecting user privacy through appropriate technical and organizational measures.
9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Once a gift card or eSIM has been issued, cancellation or refunds are not possible. A refund may only be
requested if the gift card has not yet been issued and a written withdrawal request is submitted in time.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, and software on the GoToPal platform are the intellectual property of GoToPal
and SAP Business S.R.O. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited and may result in legal
action.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and all contracts concluded through GoToPal are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes shall be the competent courts in Slovakia.
